Refund policy
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if a product does not suit your skin.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. A refund or replacement would take 3 - 5 business days.
